I was being sarcastic.
It really comes down to a matter of taste. I personally find the the high-sec animations are too in-your-face and get old very fast, like an MTV show that needs to change topics every 20 seconds to keep its viewership interested. I honestly prefer the current downplayed wormhole animations, though the autofocus-on-wormhole can be rather annoying. Maintaining camera position while having the scenery quietly warp around you would be preferable, in my opinion.

Yeah, particularly that little "slingshot" pull-back at the beginning, right before you go through the stargate. For some reason it angers me unreasonably. What, space ships need a little extra oomph from an giant invisible rubber band?
